Auctiontime Terms and CoNDITIONS
All items are sold in AS-IS, WHERE IS condition.
Methods of payment are Wire Transfer ($20 additional fee) or ACH transfer.
All items are to be paid for within 48 hours of receiving the auction invoice.
All items are to be removed within 14 days of payment being received. ALL items must be paid in full before item pick up.
A $100 per day fee will be charged for items not picked up within 14-day window. The $100 per day fee must be paid before the item is picked up.
Ogan Auctions, LLC highly recommends that any prospective bidders inspect the items before bidding.
